There were also questions raised on social media about when Hilton actually entered Bitcoins. Popular TV personality Max Kieser tweeted that he and his wife, Stacy Herbert, spoke to Hilton several years ago about bitcoin, and they posted a photo of the three of them together as evidence. He wrote that at a party in Soho, New York City, “we talked with Paris Hilton extensively about Bitcoin,” noting that she “has been swallowing orange since at least 2018”. Along with Keizer, a number of people are speculating that she may have been in the cryptocurrency business since 2015.

Hilton also spoke about her upcoming projects at NFT during an interview with CNBC. She explained, "I have been working with some great artists and I first dropped in a few weeks and then planned for another artist after that."
