Call of Duty Warzone achieves a record number of subscribers

Nearly a year after its launch, Call of Duty Warzone has achieved a record number of players, joining a group of battle royale games competing in similar successes, chiefly Fortnite and PUBG, and also joining the successes achieved by the other version of the Call game of Duty.

Activision announced on its account on the social networking site Twitter that its Call of Duty Warzone game has crossed the barrier of 100 million active players for the first time since its launch, and thus the game continues to develop and acquire more users in light of the great competition with many games in the same Category.

And as a reminder, Activision, the developer of the popular series of games, Call of Duty, officially launched its Call of Duty Warzone open game more than a year ago, and it is a competitor to other games such as Fortnite and PUBG, since it is in the style of "Battle royale game." “Battle royale game mode is a video game style that depends on exploration and some elements similar to survival games and depends on being the last living person in the game.

Call of Duty Warzone allows the presence of 150 players divided into 50 teams at a rate of 3 teams, which is more than what the competing games provide, which do not exceed 100 participants in each game, and Activision announced in March of last year that Call of Duty Warzone succeeded, very shortly after its launch, to exceed the symbolic threshold of 50 million active players in this game, and that was at the height of the quarantine period in many countries around the world.
