Beware: The Latest Windows Update Brings A Blue Screen Of Death When Using The Printer

The days go by and Windows 10 still causes many problems despite its relative stability, the last of which is the emergence of the BSOD blue screen of death that appeared to dozens of users in a sudden and the reason is strange !. It seems that when you press the Print button and use your printer with Windows, the system crashes, the computer stops working, and the blue screen message appears! This is what actually happened after the latest Windows update.

This command comes after the launch of a new update for Windows 10, which is the update ( KB5000802 ) that was released at the beginning of this month of March of 2021. This was confirmed by many specialized sites and also a blogging on the Reddit platform, so that many users confirm the emergence of the printer problem in Windows 10 And their use caused the system to crash!

You will see “APC_INDEX_MISMATCH for win32kfull.sys” message. Which apparently appeared with Kyocera printers and some other popular companies that have printers for personal and professional use and were unable to work well after this update.

Microsoft confirmed the issue of the March 21 update that caused the blue screen of death with the execution of print commands and did not mention the cause of this problem until the moment, except that a member of the development team said:

“We are working on solving a problem that affects a subset of customers who use specific printers,” which confirms that it is not a problem with all printers, but it is likely that it will happen to you if you use the printer these days.

You can return about this update so that Microsoft provides us with the solution in a new update to solve this error, but until that moment you are not obliged to crash due to the operating system. Therefore, you can undo this update for Windows and revert to the previous version which is saved in Windows update logs and temporary files that are kept. Follow the following steps:
